The Re-Entry Policy

The Ford Wyoming Center enforces a strict no-re-entry policy for ticketed events, meaning once you have exited the building, you cannot return. Your ticket is scanned and considered used upon your first entry into the venue. Exceptions to this policy are made only at the discretion of event management, with medical emergencies potentially qualifying for special consideration.

Since the venue is fully enclosed, weather conditions rarely impact this policy. While the standard no-re-entry rule applies to most events, certain event-specific policies may occasionally override it, and multi-day passes for expos or conventions may follow different procedures.

Children’s Tickets

Children under two years old may attend events free of charge when seated on a ticketed adult’s lap, while all children two years and older require their own valid event ticket for entry. Please note that some events may implement different age policies, so it’s advisable to check event-specific information before purchasing tickets.

The Ford Wyoming Center provides parental advisory notices for performances with mature content and does not permit unattended minors at most events. Visitors should be aware that the venue does not provide booster seats, and any car seats brought inside must comply with seating section regulations.

For children’s comfort and safety, hearing protection is recommended during louder events, though this is not provided by the venue. Please also note that age verification may be required at the discretion of venue staff to ensure proper ticket policies are followed.
