Cultural classics such as “Amish Paradise,” “White & Nerdy,” “Eat It,” and “Word Crimes” will be the event’s centerfold attractions, accompanied by more heavy hitters from Yankovic’s Billboard Top Comedy albums, including 2014’s #1 chart-peaking Mandatory Fun, fresh off its 10th anniversary. Polka medleys like the new “Polkamania!” are making a comeback, too, so tune in to the accordion craze!
Guest star Mike Geier, popularly known as the 7-foot clown crooner Puddles Pity Party, joins the fray with a voice “comparable to any Grammy winner,” as per the Los Angeles Times. Last June, he made the nation cry with a heartfelt cover of the “Pee-wee’s Playhouse” theme song in honor of the late Paul Reubens.
Casper’s hilltop landmark venue spans a 28,000 sq. foot area of cutting-edge facilities geared towards entertainment, overlooking the city and the magnificent Platte River Valley. Only for America’s most prolific musical parodist, it presents an 8,000-seat horseshoe-shaped arena where his excitable fans can witness him with first-class comfort and immersion.
